I cannot recommend Joan more highly. She is intelligent and ethical and just such a sweet person. I wasn't expecting the property to be sold as soon as she managed to sell it. It was a complicated sale as the erf number of the garage had been mixed up with a neighbours (a very confrontational situation involving the deeds office etc). Joan, first of all, noticed the problem, and then proceeded to sort it out completely on her own and managed to keep us all happy. Very very grateful to her. And I would only ever use Joan if I had the chance
