If you are looking for an agent who gives it all she's got, then you've found her.
She is passionate about what she does, always goes the extra mile because she puts herself in your shoes, identifies with the emotional part of moving, finding the right place and taking all factors into account....she'll lighten the burden because you can trust her to do that.

I cannot recommend Joan more highly. She is intelligent and ethical and just such a sweet person. I wasn't expecting the property to be sold as soon as she managed to sell it. It was a complicated sale as the erf number of the garage had been mixed up with a neighbours (a very confrontational situation involving the deeds office etc). Joan, first of all, noticed the problem, and then proceeded to sort it out completely on her own and managed to keep us all happy. Very very grateful to her. And I would only ever use Joan if I had the chance
